1:1 Somatic Coaching
Not body work, not talk therapy - I ask you questions that bring your somatic* experience into your awareness, without going into overwhelm. By being present with what's happening in your body, you stay present with the here and now. This presence and sense of safety allows you to releasing patterns of response (in physiology, emotions and thoughts) that have their origin in earlier experiences which where too much for your system to process. With greater spaciousness and resourcefulness, you increase your nervous system's capacity to hold life's experiences. You'll experience an unfolding of deeper self-worth, greater intimacy with yourself and others, and a newfound sense of empowerment.

Somatic Experiencing®

What We Do in a Session
Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are, gently guiding you into the present moment with compassion and curiosity. We’ll work at a pace that honors your nervous system's needs and readiness, allowing for a deep, authentic and empowering unfolding. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your emotional resilience, integrate past wounds, or cultivate deeper self-awareness, this work is designed to help you feel more at ease in your body, more alive, and more connected to your truth.

In each session, you can expect to:
- Track your body’s sensations to identify emotional patterns and areas of tension
- Rewire limiting beliefs that have been blocking your capacity for intimacy and connection, first and foremost with yourself - and from there, with your surrounding.
- Awaken your body’s wisdom through guided somatic practices. You may sense subtle impulses — shaking, movement, deep breath — as your body processes and releases stored stress.
- Embrace your vulnerability and use it as a source of strength, rather than something to avoid or hide
- Restore balance to your nervous system and cultivate a sense of peace and grounding

This is not bodywork, meaning I don’t physically touch or manipulate your body. Instead, I help you tune into your inner experience in a way that feels safe and manageable.I am here to hold space for your journey, offering a loving presence that invites you to soften, explore, and expand. Each 1:1 session is 60 min long, held in person or online.

I highly recommend you to consider continuous sessions as the nervous system wants to be held with patience and care. Rewiring neural pathways and hence actual, lasting transformation takes time.
Sessions can be conducted in Swiss German, German and English.​​​​
