Your New Sexual Narrative

Do you feel blocked sexually? Are you sometimes blaming or judging yourself on how you (don't) live your sexuality? Are you holding yourself back in your sexual expression - not going for what you really want?

Do you long to live your sexuality based on your terms?

In this online 'class' for women you get the chance to:

• find an embodied understanding and acceptance for why & how you live your sexuality currently
• regain trust in & take the first step toward living a new sexual reality
• free yourself sexually - based on your very own values, beliefs and desires

What we do: 

• Short intro & sharing round
• Drop into ritual space: meditation & gentle embodiment practice (including a journalling-part) // no nudity involved unless you wish to (of course!) with camera turned off
• Closing the space & integration

Details:

• When: Friday February 26th, 10am CET /5pm Bali time (60-75min)
• Where: Zoom (link will be sent upon registration)
• How much: 12 CHF (/EUR/USD - roughly; these currencies have currently more or less the same value)
• Prepare: items to create your own ritual space. (can be a candle, incense, essential oils, cushions...). Upon registration, I'll send you questions that you can answer for yourself in advance, as preparation for the class.

Important Note: As a trauma-informed VITA™-certified Female Empowerment, Love & Sexuality Coach, it is my deep wish to create a container where women feel safe in their experience. Every participant is a co-creator of this space and therefore needs to be able to respect others' ideas, styles, viewpoints and experiences - as well as be willing to take responsibility for their own emotional reality.
