Anchor Love, Safety & Belonging in the Nervous System
I'm glad you're here and that you wish to strengthen your nervous system to create a new reality—whether in relationships, in sexuality or in life in gernal.
This meditation is one of my favorites. Making the unconscious conscious is only truly effective if we do not only address the intellect, but also our body, emotions, feelings and energy body. Namely, the entire soma or "the living body in its wholeness") respectively.
Meditations like this one - which facilitate creating a bridge between all these aspects - are especially powerful.
Please note that creating new neural pathways takes time and lots of devotion. The more you repeat the meditation, the stronger its effect.
