"How Do I Get Out Of The Head & Into My Body?"
This 10-minute guided audio practice is an answer I love to give to one of the most frequent questions I hear from women when it comes to sexuality. Simple and powerful, the more regularly you practice, the more potent this medicine becomes. Doing so, it can also support you in re-establishing sensitivity in your body, getting away from self-criticism & body-judgment, allowing all that is to be here, including emotions (so key in female sexuality in my experience!), reclaiming your turn-on, sensuality & pleasure and hence coming back home to yourself, a sense of wholeness - connected to your natural confidence, intuition & inherent wisdom. In this audio you get invitied to speak the sensations arising in your body moment to moment out loud, including where they are located (specifically focusing on the pelvic area). Examples for this are: Tingling along the vaginal walls, pulsating along the right hip, contraction in the uterus, warmth around the clitoris etc.

The practice itself starts at 1:35 min, after an intro. After one or several times listening to the intro, maybe skip it!

If you feel like "this doesn't work for me, I cannot feel anything...", I encourage you to stay with it for a while more! Practice by yourself wherever you are, even in the train or when sitting in a cafe or park. Celebrate yourself for noticing new things and staying curious. Trust that your body rewards you for your patience & loving presence. Sensitivity as well as focus build over time! If you still don't resonate with the practice & feel this doesn't take you anywhere; There are other tools that support the connection between your mind and body/sexuality. Per example through breath, movement and sound. As well as by looking at themes like shame, guilt & deeper wounds around your sensuality, pleasure & sexuality.
