Welcome

Welcoming everything is a principle I strive for and invite you to embrace for the sake of your own sense of aliveness: I’ve come to know that true healing and blossoming isn’t about fixing or changing ourselves—it’s about feeling, integrating, and reclaiming what was once too much to process alone.

Many of our deepest wounds, especially developmental trauma and CPTSD, arise in relationships—through misattunement, rupture, or unmet needs. And because trauma happens in relationship, it is also healed in relationship. In a space of safety and deep presence, the nervous system can complete survival responses, integrate unprocessed emotions, and find its way back to regulation and connection. That’s the space I aim for in my sessions.

Somatic work is both a science and an art—it requires skill, attunement, and a deep trust in the body’s wisdom. The rewards are manyfold and long-lasting. I don‘t offer quick fixes or surface-level advice. Instead, I guide you in tuning into your body’s language, accessing your innate capacity to heal, and anchoring lasting transformation.

For those seeking to greater confidence, inner freedom, and authentic connection with self and others, this journey is about coming home to yourself — embodied, and whole.

Somatic Experiencing®

Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-based approach developed by Dr. Peter A. Levine to support trauma resolution and nervous system resilience. SE aims to develop a flexible nervous system that can tolerate activation, process strong emotions and fear responses, and naturally return to a regulated state. By focusing on bodily sensations, SE helps release stored survival energy, fostering resilience, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Please learn more on SE and how it works here.

VITA™ Se* Love Relationship Coaching

The VITA™ Coaching Method blends modern neuroscience, somatic healing, and ancient tantric wisdom to support deep transformation in relationships, sexuality, and self-worth. It integrates tools from somatic experiencing, parts work, breathwork, and pleasure-based healing to release stored emotional patterns, cultivate safety in the body, and awaken deeper intimacy with self and others.

By working with the nervous system and embodied awareness, the method helps break through emotional blocks, rewire limiting beliefs, and restore a sense of vitality, confidence, and connection.

Themes we may explore:

Boundaries

Self-worth

Trusting yourself

Attachment styles

Desire for a partner and intimacy

Emotional empowerment

Heart's dreams & purpose

Family dynamics

Loneliness

Sexuality

My Story (parts of it ;)

Relationships used to be the area of my life where I experienced the greatest confusion and pain. I often felt alone, even among friends—sad while smiling, pretending to be cool while feeling deeply hurt. Looking back, I see now that I wasn’t just disconnected from others; I was disconnected from myself. That self-rejection and inner emptiness eventually led me to hit rock bottom and make drastic changes.

I stepped away from the life I had built—the career, the friendships, the familiar structures—and began searching for something deeper. I explored spirituality, psychology, and art, but it was somatic practices and Somatic Experiencing that helped me make sense of my struggles in a way I hadn't before. I started to see how much of what felt like "just the way I am" was actually CPTSD—patterns shaped by early relational wounds and a nervous system wired for survival rather than connection. I also learned that healing isn’t about willpower alone—it requires time, patience, and a deep trust in the body’s wisdom.

As I slowly began to soften, listen, and integrate what had been buried for so long, my relationship with myself—and with others—started to shift. Healing has been a humbling journey, and while I’ve experienced profound transformation and deep gratitude, I also know I’m not "done"—healing is an ongoing process, a continuous unfolding.

I remain deeply curious about the complexity of humans and their relationships—our connection to ourselves, to each other, and to nature—and how trauma and wounding shape these bonds, often in ways we don’t consciously realize. I now also know that when trauma is integrated, it can become a source of deep strength—leading to greater resilience, empathy, and a more authentic, heart-centered way of relating to life. Even more, I feel deeply grateful to accompany others on their own journeys toward a greater sense of aliveness, deeper connection, and inner freedom.

"Water is fluid, soft and yielding.
But water will wear away rock,
which is rigid and cannot yield.
As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft and yielding
will overcome whatever is rigid and hard.
This is another paradox: what is soft is strong.”
